Set Your Intentions

Set your intentions. NOW is all we have. Now is always the time to ask for and expect only the best for yourself. There is no reason to “worry” … why waste that time/energy focusing on something you DON’T want.

Conscious Creating

Conscious creating will get you what you want and at no cost to someone else! THERE IS ENOUGH TO GO AROUND! Taking your piece of the pie does not leave less for others … in fact, your want/dream/goal EXPANDS and CREATES MORE FOR OTHERS too! Sure, acknowledge what’s not working for you, however if you really want something else, doesn’t it makes sense to focus on THAT!? The “unknown” doesn’t have to be out of your control.

Each morning, write one or two ideas, goals, dreams you want to feel. Why “feel” them? Because the better we FEEL the better LIFE will be. And the idea is to build upon this happiness. When we feel low, not much gets done. When we have a template in place (notes of our goals) we have something tangible to refer back to; to remind us that how we feel is the solid foundation to HAPPINESS which leads to the fulfillment/manifestation of our dreams. BE INTENTIONAL in your daily thoughts and activities. This is a first step to CONSCIOUS CREATING. YOU are setting the stage on how you will act or react to life’s contrasts. Rather than just stumbling into life, you now can INTENTIONALLY CREATE your life.

Remember “mind over matter”? Well, yea! Our minds are so powerful; so much so that we can “think” ourselves into fear or joy. Joseph Campbell gave us this: “Following your Bliss is not self-indulgent, but VITAL; your whole physical system knows that this is the way to be alive in this world and the way to give the world the very best that you have to offer. There IS a track just waiting for each of us and once on it, DOORS WILL OPEN that were not open before and would not open for anyone else.”

Worries and troubles –thoughts that control you; you are confined by the dominating thoughts (usually negative, unsupportive) of your past. Buddha brought to our attention: “What we Think, we Become.” Do you think you are not “enough” –even for a second? Probably more than that; or perhaps some other thought that really is NOT TRUE! When you consider WE are ALL Beings of Light + Love, you must believe that in any other thought less than these TRUTHS, you are living a lie. YOU MATTER! YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF US ALL!

A few key daily steps I take to UPLIFT myself and indirectly others, is to first say “Good Morning Universe, thank you for this beautiful day!” Looking into the mirror I tell myself “I LOVE YOU” and remember that “I have UNLIMITED POTENTIAL and I CLAIM my PURPOSE. ALL I need is WITHIN me.” And then I cuddle and kiss each of my three adorable kitties! (You can HUG yourself, or your loved-one –person or pet). REMEMBER: Care about HOW YOU FEEL and the hard edges of life you perceive WILL SOFTEN!
